Shipping costs for individuals and professionals (excluding mainland France) vary depending on weight and shipping zone.

Article 4. Order

LERO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 7. Delivery

Shipping costs outside mainland France are calculated according to the delivery method chosen (home, relay point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package and the destination.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. If they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.

Article 8. Warranty

In the event that this suspension continues beyond a period of fifteen days, the CUSTOMER will have the option of canceling the current order, and the price of the Products ordered and the delivery costs paid will then be refunded.

Article 14. Applicable laws and competent jurisdictions

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is legally binding. In the event of any difficulty arising during the Order, the delivery of the Products and, more generally, the execution of the sale, the CUSTOMER will have the opportunity, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.

Any legal action against LERO must be brought before the Commercial Court of Aix en Provence, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
